Three ways to book
- Online patient portal: choose the clinic (Valleyfield or Vaudreuil-Dorion), the type of appointment and the time that suits you, 24 hours a day. A text message verification secures the booking.
- Phone: 514-533-3368 during opening hours: in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; in Valleyfield, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Emergency: call as soon as we open; we give you an arrival time the same day.

Before your visit
Arrive a few minutes early to update your file. Bring your insurance card or your CDCP number, the RAMQ card for a child, and the list of your medications. If you have recent X-rays elsewhere, we can request them for you.
Cancellations and late arrivals
Let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or move an appointment: the slot will be offered to a patient on the waiting list, often an emergency. If you are running late, call us; we will do our best to see you or offer you another slot quickly.
Can I choose my dentist?
Yes. Mention your preference when booking; we schedule according to the requested dentist’s hours at the clinic of your choice.
How far in advance should I book?
A few days for a weekday exam; two to three weeks for weekend slots in Valleyfield, which are in high demand. Emergencies are seen the same day.
Can I book for the whole family?
Yes. Call us to group the appointments of several family members in the same time slot, with one or more professionals in parallel.
