Dental receptionist and secretary jobs in Valleyfield, Vaudreuil-Dorion and Saint-Zotique
Go Dentiste is recruiting dental receptionists, secretaries and administrative assistants for its clinics in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Vaudreuil-Dorion (opened 2026) and Saint-Zotique (2027). You are the first voice and the first smile our patients meet: we train you on dental management software and on RAMQ, CDCP and insurance billing.

Why dental receptionists choose Go Dentiste
- Three new or launching clinics: Salaberry-de-Valleyfield (opened 2025), Vaudreuil-Dorion (opened 2026) and Saint-Zotique (2027) — choose the one closest to home
- Valleyfield open 7 days a week (weekend shifts, Tuesday evenings until 7 p.m.), Vaudreuil-Dorion Monday to Friday (day shifts): full-time or part-time, flexible schedules built around your life
- Recent equipment: digital and panoramic X-rays, mechanized endodontics, implantology, bright treatment rooms
- A multidisciplinary team: seven general dentists, a denturist, hygienists, assistants and an administrative team, with specialists joining us
- Continuing education encouraged, supported onboarding and a culture of mutual help: nobody is left on their own
- A growing banner: real opportunities to grow (coordination, training new teams, the Saint-Zotique opening)

Your role at the front desk
- Welcoming patients in person and by phone, answering emails and online booking requests
- Managing the agenda of several dentists and hygienists, confirmations and reminders, filling open slots and same-day emergencies
- Billing and claims: RAMQ (children), Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), private insurance, collecting payments
- Opening and updating digital records, new patient forms, protection of personal information
- Coordinating with dentists, hygienists and assistants so the day runs smoothly
Who we are looking for
- Experience in reception, secretarial work or customer service; dental or medical secretarial experience is an asset, not a requirement
- Comfortable with computers; dental management software is learned with us
- People skills, calm under pressure, accuracy with numbers and records
- Excellent spoken and written French; French-English bilingualism highly valued, especially in Vaudreuil-Dorion
