A custom sports mouthguard is a protective appliance made from an impression of your teeth, worn during contact sports to absorb impacts and prevent broken, displaced or knocked-out teeth, cut lips and jaw injuries. It is thinner, more comfortable and more protective than a boil-and-bite guard.
