Dentist jobs: percentage or ownership

Go Dentiste is recruiting general dentists for its clinics in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Vaudreuil-Dorion (opened 2026) and Saint-Zotique (2027). Two options, depending on your plans: practise as a dentist paid on a percentage basis, with patients provided and no management, or become an owner dentist, holding a share of the clinic.

Two ways to practise at Go Dentiste

Percentage dentist

You practise, we handle the rest. Paid on a percentage of your production, schedule of your choice (full-time or part-time, weekdays, Tuesday evenings or weekends in Valleyfield), agenda filled by our booking team, assistants and hygienists in place, no management or marketing costs to bear.

Owner dentist

True ownership: you hold a share of the clinic and benefit from the value you help create. For eligible projects, financing of up to 100% with no down payment or personal guarantee, and an advisory role for the group that respects your clinical autonomy. You can start on a percentage basis and move to ownership later.

Ownership is for the dentist who wants to build equity, not just income: join an existing or upcoming clinic (Saint-Zotique in 2027) as a co-owner, or open a new Go Dentiste in your area. The model is detailed on the Become an owner dentist at Go Dentiste page, and Félix Hamel, general manager, discusses it with you in confidence.

To talk ownership directly: Félix Hamel, general manager, at 514 887-9635, or the assistant on the Become an owner dentist page, which passes him your contact details. For a percentage-based position, Maryse Milton calls you back.

Clinics that generate about 25% more than average

According to our internal data, our dental clinics generate revenue about 25% above average. Our internal systems help, but the real reason is the quality of our locations.

Prime locations

We own our own construction company and our own real estate development company. We choose prime locations: the ones that will be financially impossible to secure a few years from now. That is where we set up.

A built-in real estate playbook

Real estate is part of our business model: choosing the site, developing it, building and fitting out the clinic with our own teams. The result: a clinic that is visible, easy to reach and built to last.

Proven internal systems

Booking, marketing, team and management are already in place, so your schedule fills up and you can focus on your patients.

For a percentage dentist, that means a full schedule. For an owner dentist, it means a clinic that grows in value.

Frequently asked questions

How does percentage compensation work?

You are paid a percentage of your production, as is customary in dentistry in Quebec. The percentage and terms are discussed at the interview based on your experience and schedule; no management, marketing or supply costs are charged to you.

What is an owner dentist at Go Dentiste?

A dentist who holds a real ownership share of their clinic. The group brings the capital and guarantees for eligible projects; you keep clinical control and benefit from the growth in the clinic’s value. Everything is explained on the Become an owner dentist page.

Can I start on a percentage basis and become a partner later?

Yes, that is actually the most common path: you get to know the team and the formula, then we discuss ownership when you are ready.

Do I choose my schedule?

Yes. Vaudreuil-Dorion is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Valleyfield 7 days a week: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. from Friday to Sunday; you choose your days and time slots based on availability, full-time or part-time.

Are new graduates accepted?

Yes. You are supported by experienced dentists, with a gradual ramp-up and an agenda adapted to your first months.

Which clinic will I practise in?

The one you choose: Valleyfield, Vaudreuil-Dorion (open) or Saint-Zotique (2027). Several of our dentists split their week between two clinics, but nothing requires it.

Go Dentiste is an equal-opportunity employer: every position is open to everyone. All applications are treated confidentially. Working knowledge of French is required in our clinics; service is offered in French and English.
