In accordance with Quebec’s Law 25, the person in charge of the protection of personal information at Go Dentiste is Dr. Dominic Morel-Maynard, general dentist and owner. Information collected on this website

• Appointment assistant (chat): if you request a call back, we collect your name, phone number, preferred clinic and time and, if you provide it, the reason for your request. This information is used only to call you back and set an appointment; it is sent by email to our front desk and kept for no more than 90 days, then deleted automatically. The assistant asks no health questions and provides no diagnosis.
• Online booking: the patient portal is operated by a third-party provider (Dentitek) that collects your information under its own policy; your dental record is kept at the clinic according to the rules of the Ordre des dentistes du Québec.
• Emails and calls: the information you voluntarily send us so we can answer your requests.
• Browsing: this site uses no advertising tools and sets no tracking cookies of its own; see the next section for third-party services.

Cookies and third-party services

The Google Maps embedded on our pages are loaded by Google, which may set its own cookies under its privacy policy. The booking portal and links to Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze and Facebook lead to third-party services subject to their own terms. We use no audience measurement or profiling tools; if one were added, it would be off by default and your consent would be requested.

Use and disclosure

Your information is used to answer your requests, manage your appointments, communicate with you about your care and improve our services. It is never sold or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. Website information is hosted in Canada or the United States with our hosting and email providers, under contractual safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access to your information, its correction, the cessation of its dissemination or the withdrawal of your consent by writing to info@go-dentiste.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Security, retention and incidents

We apply reasonable security measures (restricted access, encrypted communications, updates) to protect your information, which is kept for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law and professional regulations, then securely destroyed. Any confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury is recorded and reported to the Commission d’accès à l’information and to the persons concerned, as required by law.
